Big Bend resort has a basketball court, pickleball, horseshoes, volleyball. large club house, large pool and jacuzzi, and a restaurant, store and boat ramp. The included golf cart makes it easy to get to the jacuzzi. pool, and rest of the park. The park Rec room has facilities for large gatherings, with a large tv and pool table. There are regular events like bingo and hiking in the winter. Unit has covered car and boat parking and a larger lot. The covered patio area has a large dining table and a nece barbeque great for entertaining. The unit has a new water heater, shower stall and shower faucets, bathroom sink faucet, water purifier, stove top. Most furnishings are included. The living room has an 8 ft. couch that folds out for additional guests and a dual recliner.Two newer ac units for the summertime heat and a large storage shed. The storage shed is large enough to hold boat supplies, tools, rafts, etc. Water and trash are included in the monthly space rent and there are no property taxes!. If you pay for the full year as we do you can get a month free! The resort also has 3 really nice beach areas, one with shade and BBQs. Last but not least, very friendly people. Parker is about 20 minutes away. and Lake Havasu 30 minutes across the dam. The rest you just have to experience.
